Update 2/15/19

After careful consideration, Casco Bay Lines (CBL) has made the decision to pursue the Ticketing Software project as an FTA Simplified Acquisition rather than re-release an RFP. If your ticketing software firm is interested in pursuing CBL as a client, you are encouraged to reach out to moc.s1634381756enily1634381756abocs1634381756ac@gn1634381756ahtan1634381756oj1634381756 to schedule 45 minute informational calls to discuss CBL’s requirements and your system’s capabilities. The purpose of these calls will be to develop the solicitation and determine which vendors will move to subsequent rounds of information gathering and price proposals.

Update 1/10/19

Casco Bay Lines (CBL) would like to thank you for any time and energy that your firm expended on RFP 101-2019 Ticketing RFP.  As you know, responses were due on or before December 31, 2018.  CBL received an insufficient number of responsive proposals to move forward with a competitive FTA procurement and as a result, has decided to reject all offers.  The District intends to modify the RFP documents and re-release for competitive bids on or before February 15, 2019.  Please watch this page for more information.
