In an effort to improve safety and mitigate congestion at the Ferry Terminal in Portland and on Welch Street on Peaks Island, the Casco Bay Island Transit Board of Directors is considering the implementation of a vehicle reservation system to and from Peaks Island.
A first draft proposal from staff was presented to the Operations Committee in January and that proposal is below.
