We have received notice from the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) that we no longer need to delay pass pick-up, as we shared last week. We will begin issuing passes tomorrow, June 4, 2021.
Please do not come to pick up your pass unless or until you have received notice that your application has been approved.
Once your application has been approved, you may pick-up your pass in-person at our terminal. Each passholder must be present in order to be photographed for the pass. At that time, you will also be charged the $10 fee per pass. We suggest planning for 15-20 minutes at the ticket window as there may be a short line and staff need to photograph, print and process your pass.
We will continue to accept applications through June 12, 2021. More information about the program, including a link to the application and FAQs, can be found here on our website. We encourage you to submit your application electronically. Paper submissions do take longer to process. If you have submitted a paper application, and have not heard back regarding approval, please know we are working through applications and will contact you as soon as possible.
