Frequent Rider Pass

The Frequent Rider Pass program is designed for convenience while offering savings to those who travel with Casco Bay Lines more than 5 times per week.

How to Get Started

Purchase a pass for your island destination at the ticket window for $5.00. You will need to have your picture taken, so please plan to come at a slow time (not just before boat departure!). A laminated photo ID card will be made for you and will be available in a day or two.

There are two types of passes: Annual and Monthly.

Option 1: Annual Pass

This is the easiest option and the most cost-effective. The Annual Pass is pre-paid for one full year from the date of purchase and allows you unlimited passage to the island.

Option 2: Monthly Pass

With a Monthly Pass, you purchase a sticker for each calendar month and get unlimited passage to the island during that month. (There is a space on the monthly pass for a second sticker, which may be purchased in advance at the rate applicable to that month.)

Policies and Restrictions

You must show your pass to the deckhand when boarding the boat. If you do not have your pass with you, you must purchase a ticket. This ticket is refundable at the ticket window when you show your pass (limit 2 refunds per year).

If your pass is lost, the cost of a replacement pass is $8.00.

Passes are non-transferrable and may only be used by the person named on the pass.

Passes are non-refundable.
