Meeting Calendar

Board and Committee meeting times are posted at the Ferry Terminal on the bulletin board in the hallway leading to Gate 5. This is the official site for posting any upcoming meetings. Meeting times may also be posted here on the website, on the TIDS screen, in the e-News Update, on board the vessels, and around the terminal. Meeting times are also noted in the Board agenda.

The representative elected from your island to the Board of Directors is your best source of information concerning developments at CBITD. We encourage you to stay in touch with your representative by expressing your opinions and ideas. He or she can then make your views known should you be unable to attend the monthly Board meetings. The Board is making decisions for you, so let your views be heard!

Board of Directors

CBITD is governed by a board of twelve directors—ten elected from the islands, one appointed by the City of Portland, and one appointed by the Commissioner of the Maine Department of Transportation. Unless otherwise noted, the Board meets on the third Thursday of the month in the CBITD Conference Room at the Ferry Terminal (56 Commercial Street, Portland, Maine). Board meetings are open to the public, and members of the public are encouraged to attend.
